Patrick Doyle, 36, a former Taunton High School social studies teacher, pleaded guilty September 1, 2015 to two counts of child rape and two counts of disseminating matter harmful to minors, and was sentenced September 8, 2015 to five to seven years in prison. Prosecutors said he raped two 14-year-old eighth-grade girls in 2012, one in a classroom and one at his Seekonk apartment. He must register as a sex offender.
