Lindsey Banta Jarvis, a former Woodford County social studies teacher and Fayette County instructional assistant, pleaded guilty in September 2018 to third-degree rape and third-degree sodomy involving a student younger than 16. In December 2018 she was sentenced to 18 months in Woodford County and one year in Fayette County, to run concurrently.
